On Ramp

FALL 2014:  OCT 15 - NOV 12

If you are new to a church, breaking in can be hard to do. BridgePoint’s On Ramp groups make that process easy by connecting you with others for a long enough time (5 weeks) to feel like you have made friends at BridgePoint.

To sign up for an On Ramp group, contact Connecting Pastor Mike  Andrews.

D-Groups

Jesus envisioned transforming the world through a subversive movement called discipleship. We want to join in His vision. To that end we are developing a network of small group communities within BridgePoint to help connect, encourage, equip and mobilize each of us into more full participation in Jesus’ mission for every follower of Christ…to be a disciple who makes disciples. We’re convinced that occurs best in the context of up-close and committed community.

If that fires you up, check out the BridgePoint DGroup FAQ’s to learn more.

Aid for the Persecuted

A SPECIAL APPEAL TO THE BODY OF CHRIST
In recent weeks we have been horrified by reports of savage oppression of Christians in Iraq and Syria.  Our brothers and sisters in Christ have been given the option to convert to Islam, leave their home, or die.  A number of aid organizations have stepped into this humanitarian crisis to assist those who have been displaced.  In the midst of these tragic circumstances there is also an opportunity to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with some who have yet to receive Him.

There are many opportunities for Christians to contribute to the relief efforts.  The Missions Committee at BridgePoint has identified four as worthy of your consideration.  The Committee itself has chosen to make a contribution to the first of these. We invite the BridgePoint community to join us in supporting  these efforts to aid persecuted Christians and others.
